On Friday 24th May, the General Assembly of the of the Central American & Caribbean Bridge Federation – CACBF – held in San Jose, Costa Rica, elected Mr. Douglas Rotchell both as Zonal President and Member of the WBF Executive Council for the legislature 2019-2022.
