It is with profound sadness that the World Bridge Federation learned of the passing of Bogdan Marina.
Bogdan’s presence at WBF Championships was marked by his infectious good humour and friendliness. He achieved remarkable results, particularly with the Romanian Mixed Team, winning two World bronze medals.
Beyond his skill at the bridge table, Bogdan was known for his warm personality and genuine camaraderie.
The WBF extends its deepest condolences to his beloved wife and teammate, Marina, during this incredibly difficult time. We send her and their son our heartfelt embrace.
