Mazhar Jafri from Karachi, Pakistan, was as Senior Executive Member in 2018 in Orlando. He has been a member of the Executive Council since his election in 1980 and has been a Vice-President 1991 to 2018. In 1998 in Lille he was elected member of the WBF Committee of Honour and awarded the WBF Gold Pin. In 2004 in Istanbul he was awarded the WBF Gold Medal. He was President of the Asia and Middle East Zonal Conference – BFAME – from 1980 to 2002, being elected by acclamation President Emeritus in 2003. He is a member of the Management Committee.
