In accordance with the article 33 of the WBF Statutes, the Management Committee consists of the President, the two Vice Presidents, the Honorary Secretary, the Treasurer, up to three other members of the Executive Council (including one of the two representatives of the HLPC and one of the members elected by the Congress) elected upon proposal of the President by the Executive Council. There shall be at least one man and one woman.  The President/s Emeritus and the General Counsel are entitled to attend the meetings of the Management Committee with consultative powers but with no voting rights.
