• Program
The Opening Ceremony will take place Monday
7 July at 7 pm, after dinner and before the first
tournament. The Camp will be closed with the traditional festivities
on the night of Monday 14 July.
Participants are expected to leave on Tuesday 15 July, after breakfast.
The daily program includes lectures
(for weaker and stronger players) on various bridge subjects to
be given by acknowledged teachers. Certain hours will be devoted
to physical sports.
In the numerous bridge
tournaments, the mixing-up of nationalities will be systematically
encouraged. There will be at least one organized outing
to places of interest nearby. Naturally, participants will have
plenty of free time
to spend as they wish within the framework of the Camp.
• Cost
All participants will be lodged in the venue. The
cost of full-board accommodation for eight nights is SF
350 (three hundred and fifty Swiss francs), payable
upon arrival. There is also an entry fee of SF
100 (one hundred Swiss francs) per person which
will be charged by the EBL to the participant’s NBO after
the Camp, if it is not paid on site.
There are no other costs involved, apart from
the usual personal ones. Naturally, participants must make and pay
for their own travel arrangements, either directly or through their
NBO.
