John Wignall from Christchurch, New Zealand, was re-elected as 1st Vice-President in 2010. He has been a member of the Executive Council since his election in 1986 and was 1st Vice-President from 2002 to 2006 then Executive Vice-President from 2006 to 2010. He is President of the South Pacific Zonal Conference. He is a member of the Management Committee and of the Laws Committee. He is also Chairman of the Rules & Regulation Committee and the Systems Committee. He is a member of the WBF Honour Committee.
