PLEASE BE SURE AND APPLY FOR YOUR VISA IN GOOD TIME.
Please ensure that you check with your local Indian Embassy or Consulate regarding the requirements for visas, which vary from country to country and if you have any queries then please contact the organisers by emailing email@example.com. The local organisers are advising that players and officials should apply for a conference visa, but any spouses/friends attending should apply for a tourist visa.
They will also be able to help you with any invitation letters that may be required from the Indian authorities.
If you need an invitation letter from the WBF then please email firstname.lastname@example.org making sure you inform her of any special wording that should be used in the letter (this will be detailed in the information on your Embassy site)
Note that many applications will want a larger-than-normal photograph, for example (2" x 2" head and shoulders against a white background) instead of the usual passport size.
